During my time with FrontRunner, the company grew from 800 to 3,000+ customers and became one of the largest tech companies in the funeral profession. Here, I led the company’s marketing direction, managed an incredible team of 2-20 marketers, and taught more than 15,000 funeral directors at 50+ conventions. In 2018, FrontRunner was purchased and with this, I became part of the management team for the new company, Tribute Technology.

At Tribute, I was first responsible for scaling the marketing agency that I originally built for FrontRunner and helping to set the direction for the new company. Shortly after, I was promoted to the company’s Director of Marketing where I led the software and product marketing for all of the technology brands acquired, managed the company’s corporate marketing division for all B2B marketing, and played a key role in bringing Tribute as a brand to the market.

A volunteer position throughout my time at both FrontRunner and Tribute. As a board director and VP of the Association, I played a key role in establishing their digital marketing, strengthening their member communications, growing their membership, planning events, and pivoting their annual conference during COVID from in-person to virtual where 800+ funeral professionals were in attendance.
